Shipping & Delivery

1. Digital service, no physical shipping

Polisync is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product operated by Aximos LLP, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. It is a cloud-based application accessed over the internet. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods, and no shipping charges ever apply.

2. How and when access is delivered

Access is delivered electronically to the account associated with your registered email address:

• A free account is available immediately after you sign up.
• When you subscribe to a paid plan or buy a one-time feature unlock, the corresponding features are activated on your account immediately after a successful payment, typically within a few minutes.
• You use the service by logging in at app.polisync.in. There is no download or physical dispatch involved.

3. If activation is delayed

In the rare case that a paid feature is not active shortly after your payment succeeds, please email hello@polisync.in (or call +91 75679 79790, Mon to Sat, 10:00 to 19:00 IST) with your payment reference. We will activate it or resolve the issue promptly.

4. Exchanges and refunds

As Polisync is a digital service, exchanges do not apply. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
